Agony
This poem is dedicated to a great friend, loving husband and a wonderful dad... I'm sorry if I was too young then to tell you how much I love you... You know what? I named your first grandchild after you... I miss you so much tatay...
A Morbid call from the graveyard,
Knocked his nerves and evoked the wreck;
To recall what future heads... Now they are blurred
By a rivet dangling on the neck..
For yesterday, it seemed a strong foundation
To plant dreams of intimate vision,
But as the velvet fog blows forth to his path;
So did a dream flew back from its nest.
To much for him to install,
The pain more horrifying and dread.
Thus, bidding a cause for his head;
Be crushed against the wall.
Desperate moves such as,
Were his only alternatives of escape.
But sad to pronounce if I must;
It lead no drift of safe.
Voices whispered from behind,
Pleading to let go the being that he may rest;
But the malignant foe had seized the mind,
Thus failing to absorb his wife's late request.
From then she knew that the time has come,
To push all their hopes away.
Well, it does happen to some,
Yet her only cry, "why this way!"
As the remnant air feeds the flesh
Of a dying man's last arrest;
His face... exhausted; his shoulders were high...
Falter did the noise beneath his chest;
And when his eyelids tend to drop goodbye,
Collapse the silence by a loved one's cry...
Untimely death are not the words to describe,
For a fate despised by prolix strife.
A mask of courage can never pretend;
His story lasting a painful end.
"Indeed, his death is a pain too much to bear"

Hi, sweetie!
I'm pretty sure that tatay is very happy wherever he is now. Too bad he was not able to see our little angel. I wish I had met him too.
